Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage HVAC and fire fighting system maintenance activities.
- Diagnose issues and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure work complies with safety regulations and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to complete maintenance tasks.
- Prepare reports and document maintenance logs for all systems.
- Recommend upgrades or improvements based on system performance analysis.
Requirements
- Valid SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certification.
- Proven experience in HVAC and fire fighting systems maintenance.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Willing to work in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, or Madinah as per project need.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (Applications from outside KSA will not be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with local and international safety and engineering standards.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
