We are expanding our culinary team and seeking 4 skilled Arabic Style BBQ Chefs for our restaurants across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will specialize in authentic Arabic BBQ preparation, including shawarma, grilled meats, and traditional accompaniments.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic BBQ dishes with consistent quality
• Expertly grill meats and prepare shawarma
• Cook traditional Arabic rice dishes and breads
• Prepare burgers and other grilled items
• Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
• Manage station inventory and food preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Arabic BBQ Chef
• Valid work authorization for Saudi Arabia
• Proven ability to prepare shawarma, grilled meats, and Arabic breads
• Knowledge of Arabic spice blends and marinades
• Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in culinary arts or related field
• Experience in high-volume restaurants
• Knowledge of Halal food preparation standards
• Arabic language skills
